Handyman Club Terms of Service

By enrolling in the Handyman Club membership program offered by Veteran Built Homes, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The Handyman Club is an annual membership program designed to provide proactive home maintenance, discounted repair services, and priority scheduling. Membership includes access to:
• Quarterly Home Inspections (up to 12 total service hours per year)
• Handyman Repair Services (8 hours per year)
• Priority scheduling for service appointments
• Member-exclusive discounts:
– 10% off additional handyman hours
– 10% off major residential remodels
Membership services are available exclusively to residential properties located within Fairfax County or Prince William County, Virginia.
Members may self-schedule inspections and services through our Housecall Pro system up to one year in advance. Appointments are subject to availability.
If a member does not use their included hours, up to 8 hours of handyman repairs may roll over for one additional year. Unused inspection hours do not roll over.
Members may cancel at any time; however, the Handyman Club is a 12-month commitment. If services have already been used, the value of those services will be calculated at the non-discounted rate of $100 per hour. Only the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
All payments are processed securely through Housecall Pro. Membership can be paid either monthly or annually. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.
Members may not switch between monthly and annual billing once their membership begins.
If a member cancels, a refund may be issued after subtracting the full-rate cost ($100/hour) of any services already used. No refunds will be issued if the value of services rendered exceeds the total amount paid.
This membership covers standard handyman tasks and preventive maintenance only. It does not include specialty trades such as HVAC, roofing, or structural repairs unless explicitly stated.
All services are performed during regular business hours and subject to staff availability. Veteran Built Homes reserves the right to decline service requests that fall outside the scope of general handyman or inspection services.
Veteran Built Homes, LLC is licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, customer inaction, or subcontractor availability.
Veteran Built Homes, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page and communicated to active members as needed.
